SyncYourCloud.io Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the SyncYourCloud.io platform, including our cloud assessment tools, AI-powered insights, advisory services, dashboards, and membership features. By accessing or using Sync Your Cloud, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Overview of Services

Sync Your Cloud provides cloud intelligence services including:

  • AI-powered cloud assessments
  • Cost optimisation and waste analysis
  • Security, performance, and compliance insights
  • Cloud architecture recommendations
  • Subscription-based strategic advisory support
Services are provided online through the SyncYourCloud.io platform.

2. Subscription & Payment

  • Subscription Plans: Users may subscribe to monthly or annual plans listed on the site.
  • Billing: Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
  • Failed Payments: Access may be paused until payment is resolved.

3. Use of Platform

  • You must provide accurate account information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
  • You may not share, resell, or redistribute reports or insights without permission.
  • You may not attempt to reverse engineer or interfere with the platform.

4. AWS Account Access

Connecting your AWS account grants Sync Your Cloud read‑only access to configuration metadata.

  • We do NOT access S3 objects, databases, or application data.
  • We collect only metadata required to generate assessments.
  • You may revoke AWS access at any time by removing the IAM role.

5. Intellectual Property

All platform content, assessments, insights, and reports are the intellectual property of Sync Your Cloud.

  • You may not copy, distribute, or publish platform content.
  • Reports are for internal organisational use only.
  • Unauthorised use may result in account termination.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings or by emailing enquiries@syncyourcloud.io.
  • No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.
  • Access continues until the end of the active billing cycle.

7. Termination

Sync Your Cloud may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • You share or misuse platform content
  • You attempt to compromise security or intellectual property
No refunds will be issued in cases of termination due to misuse.

8. Service Updates & Changes

Sync Your Cloud may update the platform, features, pricing, or these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the platform signifies acceptance.

9. Limitation of Liability

Sync Your Cloud provides insights for informational purposes.

  • We do not guarantee specific financial, compliance, or performance outcomes.
  • We are not responsible for losses resulting from platform usage.
  • Total liability is limited to fees paid in the previous 12 months.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England. Any disputes will be resolved in English courts.
